About the event
To qualify for the certification program, the following criteria must be satisfied:
Must be at least 18 years old
Identify as someone with a diagnosable mental illness or co-occurring disorder
Currently active in self-recovery (must be able to describe a minimum of 2 years)
Have completed 100 hours of supervised, paid, or volunteer work providing peer support services for individuals with mental illness, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. Note: This requirement can be evaluated individually. Write 'to be discussed' if the minimum hours have not been completed
Register as an applicant online (The $32 registration fee does not guarantee entry into the event. It simply means that you are registered as an applicant for the program and intend to complete the pre-class processes)
